A host of positive psychological changes inevitably will result from widespread economic security. The dignity of the individual will flourish when the decisions concerning his life are in his own hands, when he has the means to seek self-improvement. Personal conflicts among husbands, wives and children will diminish when the unjust measurement of human worth on the scale of dollars is eliminated. - Martin Luther King Jr.

Slave Narratives
The voices of our ancestors. A look into the life of slavery. This touches my soul, my 3x great grand daddy, was born a slave on a plantation in Alabama, Worked all the days of his life. He died at 112. Knowing my history and the hardships of my grandparents, gives my life a whole new meaning. I am their voice, their name, blood, sweat and tears, I will never let them be forgotten. Take the time to research your family history, trace your roots... It gives life a whole new meaning, I believe if you know the true struggle of our people, you will not be focused on all the meaningless garbage going on in Amerikkka (hip-hop, celebrities, materialistic things, etc). You will stand untied with your brothers and sister and fight this war. You will then regain to ability to respect your brothers and sisters, no one knows us better than we know ourselves, and no one will EVER have our back like we have our back. Each time a black man kills another black man. It gives satisfaction to your oppressor, black women demeaning their bodies, fighting one another, and being single mother's to several kids, with different father is what they want. Less work they have to do. Black people have been conditioned in such a way that their is no consciousness to know what we are doing is wrong (mental enslavement). We have to change the way we think, change the way we are raising our children. The focus is to much on being like the white man, and having what the white man has, instead of reclaiming the true meaning of being a black man, and building and maintaing a black family and or community. I say all of this out of love, I want everyone to do better, I have so much hope, I know the strength within ourselves.
Love always,

They Think This S*** is Funny
These devils love to get a reaction out of us, and wonder why our people are so angry. This is not a joke, last time I checked jokes are suppose to be funny. They love to torture us, and when we get mad, they want to paint our image as violent people. White Supremacy at it's finest.

Blank Inventors: Garrett Morgan
Garrett Morgan, born March 4, 1877 in Kentucky.
He blazed a trail for African American inventors with his many patents. With only an elementary education, Morgan began his career as a sewing machine mechanic. He continued on to patent several inventions, a more improved sewing machine, traffic signal, a hair straightening product, and a respiratory device that later would provide the blueprint for World War I gas mask.
Morgan has so much drive, even though he had only an elementary education, he was able to pay for private lessons to better his education. Following the momentum of his business success, Morgan's patented sewing machine would soon pave the way to his financial freedom. In 1914, Morgan patented a breathing device or a "safety hood", providing wearers with a safer breathing experience in the presence of smoke, gas, or other harmful pollutants. Morgan worked very hard to patent the device, especially to fire departments, often personally demonstrating it's reliability in fires. Morgan's invention became the prototype to the gas mask used in WWI, protecting the soldiers from toxic gases used during warfare. His invention earned him first prize at the Second International Exposition of Safety & Sanitation in New York City. There was so much resistance to Morgan's devices, particularly in the South, where racial tension remained palpable despite the advancements in African American rights. In efforts to counteract the resistance to his products, Morgan hired a white actor to pose as "the inventor" during presentations of his breathing devices; Morgan would pose as the inventor's sidekick, disguised as a Native American man named "Big Chief Mason,". The tactic was a success; sales of the device were brisk, especially from fire fighters and reduce workers.
In 1916, the city of Cleveland was drilling a new tunnel under Lake Erie for a fresh water supply. Works hit a pocket of natural gas, which resulted in a huge explosion and trapped workers underground amidst suffocating noxious fumes and dust. When Morgan Heard about the explosion, he and his brother put on breathing devices, made there way to the tunnel and entered as quickly as possible, The brothers managed to save two lives and recover four bodies before the rescue effort was shut down. Despite his heroic efforts, the publicity that Morgan garnered from the incident hurt sales; the public was now fully aware that Morgan was an African American and many refused to purchase products. Adding to the detriment, neither the inventor or his brother were fully recognized for their heroic efforts on Lake Erie. - Another effect of racial discrimination.
While the lack of public acknowledgment for Morgan and his brother's roles at the explosion was undoubtedly disheartening, Morgan was a voracious inventor and observer who focused on fixing problems, and soon turned his attention to all kinds of things, from hats to belt fasteners to car parts.
The first black man to own a car, Morgan worked on his mechanical skills and developed a friction drive clutch. Then, in 1923 he created a new kind of traffic signal, one with a warning light to alert drivers that they would need to stop, after witnessing a carriage accident and a particularly problematic intersection in the city. Morgan quickly acquired patents for his traffic signal, a version of the modern day three-way traffic light in the U.S , Britain and Canada, but eventually sold the right to General Electric for $40,000.
Outside his inventing career, Morgan diligently supported the African American community throughout his lifetime. He was a member of the newly formed National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, was active in the Cleveland Association of Colored men, donated to Negro colleges and opened an all black country club. Additionally, in 1920, he launched the African- American newspaper called the Cleveland Call (later named the Call & Post).
In 1943, Morgan began developing glaucoma, he lost his sight as a result. The accomplished inventor died in Cleveland, Ohio on August 27, 1963, one month before the anniversary reading of the Emancipation Proclamation, an event that he had been looking forward to. Just before his death, Morgan was honored by the U.S. Government for his traffic signal and as a hero of the Lake Erie rescue. Morgan's improved and saved countless lives worldwide, including those fire fighters, soldiers, and vehicle operators, with his profound inventions. His work provided the blueprint for many important advancements that came later, and continues to inspire and serve as a basis for research conducted by modern-day inventors and engineers.

Black Inventors: Fredrick M Jones
We have been modeled to think that as black people in this country, we have no contribution. We are taught that everything that has been created, has been created by a white man. To those who don't know, this country was built by our people, our ancestors hard work, is why the white man is filthy rich. Seems like a lot of people are ok with that. I'm not.
Fredrick M Jones
Was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on May 17 1893. Jones taught himself mechanical and electrical engineering, inventing a range of devices relating to refrigeration, sound and automobiles. Portable refrigeration units developed by Jones helped the United States military carry food and blood during World War II. Jones died in Minneapolis, Minnesota, On February 21, 1961.
Fredrick Jones had a talent and an interest in mechanical work. He read extensively on the subject in addition to his daily work, educating himself in his spare time. In 1912, he moved to Minnesota to work as a mechanic on a (farm). Jones served in the military, after the war he returned back to the farm to continue work.
He began to educate him self more and more on electronics, when the town decided to fund a new radio station, Jones built the transmitter needed to broadcast it's programming. He also developed a device that created moving pictures with sound. Local businessman Joseph A. Numero subsequently hired Jones to improve the sound equipment he produced for the film industry. Jones continued to expand his interest in the 1930's. He designed and patented a portable air cooling unit for trucks carrying perishable foods. Forming a partnership with Numero, Jones founded the U.S. Thermo Control Company. The company grew exponentially during World War II, helping to preserve blood, medicine, and food. By 1949, U.S Thermo Company was worth millions of dollars.
Over the course of his career, Jones received more than 60 patents. While the majority pertained to refrigeration technologies, other related to X-Ray machines, engines and sound equipment. Jones was recognized for his achievement during his lifetime and also after his death. In 1944 he became the first African American elected to the American Society of Refrigeration Engineers. Jones died of lung cancer in 1961.

The Truth Is:
People's perception of me is that I'm racist, based upon the things I post. Let it be known, I'm far from a rasist person. I love everyone, what I do not love, is an ignorant, narrow minded person who thinks they are superior to others, based upon their skin color, religion, etc. That could apply to a various amount of people not just white. My purpose of my post are to educate "My People". We have been placed in the dark for way to long, my grandparents and great grandparents had no voice, they were forced to keep quiet and remain submissive to the slave masters hand, or when they chose to speak up, their children were burned alive, or they could have been burned or lynched as well. So, I am that voice for them. I am the voice for my fellow brothers and sisters who have enslaved minds and have not waken up. This war against us has to end. We have done nothing wrong but be born black. I am far from a racist person, I'm married to a wonderful Latino man, together we've birthed 2 beautiful African/Hispanic boys. My family is very diverse and we could careless the color of someone skin. Our family foundation has been built on, love, respect, and unity. Like many other African's in this country, I have European blood running through my veins, but guess what. It wasn't by choice, it was by force. Is that love? Their is no love when hatred is infused. It wasn't a choice if my ancestors wanted to be impregnated with white children. Through all that has happen in my families history, we still have been taught to love a person for who they are, not what they are.

Take A Stand & Embrace Your Natural BEAUTY
Why is it that an African American woman's hair such a problem? We are taught as little girls that our hair is ugly, and nappy. After hearing it for so long, we then begin to want our hair to look straight. Only in America, hair is such a problem. I'm so glad this beautiful Queen took a stand and said
" NO WAY"... Black women embrace your beauty and your uniqueness. Kinky, curly or coily our hair is so beautiful and it's what we were born with. You shouldn't have to put heat on your hair and "creamy crack" on your scalp to meet the standards of " Beauty". Of course it's the white mans rule if your hair isn't straight then it isn't beautiful..... Jealous much ? This has even became and issue is the U.S Army for African American women.
How is this ugly? I refused to be brainwashed, after 25 years. I took the stand to go against the standard of so called "Beauty" and chopped off all my hair. No regrets. I love my curls and to be completely honest. I think I look better with a head full of curls. No more scalp burns from relaxers, no more of my hair breaking off. That's no way for a little girl to live. Their needs to be more role models for our daughters, there is no cartoon or disney figures of little black girls with afro puffs. Things need to change, stand up for your beauty. Black is beautiful

Truth
White people use to lock us up in cages like animals and put us for display in zoo's. Our sister's naked body on display for all the men to see, They liked to watch the traditional African dances, so they started making women dance for sexual arousal of the slave masters.
No need for zoo's anymore, they just have to log into social media to see you make a damn fool of yourself. Exposing your body for any man too see. Wake up and make a change, just because they started it doesn't mean you have to finish it. They treated our ancestors in the most degrading manner, Now your just doing it for them.

Step by Step
Then
Step 1- They take you from your country against your will, in chains like an animal.
Step 2- After you are sold, you are separated from your husbands/wives and your children. Taking your babies away from you, then force you to use your milk to nurse their children, and to love them.
Step 3- Then they lynched, beat and mutilated your husbands/wives in front of you to instill fear and terror into your heart and into the hearts of your children.
Step 4- They give you an image of an Aryan Jesus with no literacy, because images will stick, so that you will worship the European image and see them as altruistic and true.
Step 4- The subconscious programming is to delete the beauty of melanin. The more European you look, the more accepted and valued you are.
Now
Step 1- They have you deny your motherland. It has been programed to make you believe it's a jungle like, disease infested hell hole. Step 2- They are having you think that white schools are better, when in reality your black children aren't getting a quality education, and they are being denied of their history, being taught that only in America true heroes are white. Keeping the black man dumb.
Step 3- They are shooting your husbands, daughter's and son's down like they are rabid animals.
Step 4- You still are having worshiping the Aryan Jesus, now it comes with literacy but you have been so brainwashed from the previous generation that you don't know what's right or wrong.
Step 5- You are still programmed to think that only "White is Right", black women bleaching their skin, dying their hair blonde, and ashamed of their natural textures. Still trying to fit in a high society of white women.
400+ years and nothing has changed. They love uneducated black people. After all this time they see black people aren't trying to change the way things are. So guess what? They still playing the same fiddle.

Have You Forgot ? Just A Reminder
You know all of our lives we've been told "AIDS came from monkey's". Well it didn't.
AIDS is now a quarter-century old. The disease has killed over 20 million people world wide. They purposely set out to kill millions of black people and homosexuals. It is estimated that 40 million people are infected with the HIV virus today. For the first 2 decades of the epidemic the green monkey theory of AIDS was widely heralded in the major media, and it was accepted without question by the leading experts and educators. The theory was so universally popular (except in Africa) that it easily became fact in the minds of most people.
Who murdered Africa?
" The times report is one of the most important stories ever printed on the AIDS epidemic; yet the story was killed and never appeared in any major U.S. newspaper or magazine. However the report widely circulated the internet as evidence to suggest that the HIV virus appeared in Africa via deliberate vaccine combination. Kenyan ecologist and biologist Wangari Maathai was obviously aware of this vaccine connection when she won the Nobel Peace Prize in October 2004, and shocked reporters by claiming the AIDS virus was a deliberately created biological agent developed by evil-minded scientist and released in Africa to cause mass extermination of blacks".
So the question is, Do you think the Ebola virus is a coincidence? Seems kind of shady that the first outbreak of the HIV virus in the U.S., was reported in New York city with the mass population being African American's. Now the Ebola epidemic is spreading rapidly in Africa, One of the American doctor's who became contaminated.... Where did they bring him? To Atlanta, Ga a highly populated city with most being African American's.... Hmmmmmmm makes me wonder. They know what they are doing, trying to kill us off.
Very scary for my family because I live only an hour away. The issue may seem to be simmered down, but it isn't over.

I'm Not Even Mad.. Stand Up
I'm not going to write an elaborate essay. He has a very harsh tone about what they've done and are still doing to our people, but he's right. We are way to passive and it seems like the black race walk on eggshells, trying not to offend the white race. We need to learn to stand up for ourselves. Enough is enough. There are some white people who are genuinly for us, but there's a much larger amount who don't give a damn.
Wake Up
The number of hunger growing in Africa over a period of time went from, 175 million to 239 million. With 20 million being added in the last couple years.
This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! What is it going to take for people to realize the war still going on today against our brothers and sister? A war going on in Africa and in the so called " United States ". The white man took our ancestors from their country, tossed them around like trash for 460 years. Completely stole Africa's natural resources, resources like gold, oil, iron, petroleum, diamonds, crude oil, cotton, uranium, and aluminum. Stole our history and did everything possible to cover it up. Basically they are trying to erase our image and it seems like everyone is so blind. To make a mockery out of the black race, they post billboards, showing commercials like the picture above, of our brothers and sisters staving and dying off one by one. Painting an image that Africa is a disgusting, jungle like, poor, disease filled county. Brainwashing African American's to the extent that we have forgot about the motherland. Still to this day, we are putting billions and billions of dollars into the white man's pocket. This is so serious and everyone needs to wakeup. It sickness me thinking about it. I hate when I get on social media and see everyone worshiping Jay-Z and Beyonce, together they are worth 1 billion dollars, why aren't they donating to the black community, black businesses and to Africa? Along with other celebrity figures. Tyler Perry's net worth is estimated to be 400 million, why isn't anyone making a difference? We need to do something and we need to do something fast? Are we going to let our ancestors and the black race be erased from history ?

So does this motivate you?
These are ignorant words of a young boy. A lot of black people want to mix and mingle with all the white people. Let me make myself clear, there's nothing wrong with that. I have
a lot of white friends. There are a lot of them who are very genuine, then there's that other half who hate your guts. We have to come together and show them. White people speak ignorance out of fear. They know when the black community opens their eyes, and become alert to the truth. There's is going to be hell!!!!!

I respected the comment but, the reality of it it. Things that I post, I feel it benefits them as well. I'm tackling history dating back before slavery, current issues and many more. Their ancestors were slaves just as well as African Americans. My blog is new and I doing my best to educate an empower everyone. There will be many more post to come. A Step Back Into History
Why did they cut off a black man's genitals ?
For so many years, thousands of black men, women and also children were being lynched for no reason, other than being black. During and many times after the lynching, the black man's penis was taken as a trophy piece..... Why you ask ? Because the black's man penis was a dangerous weapon. It is his reproductive weapon, and the white man's fear, was that the reproductive organ could someday end up inside his wife and or his daughter. Although, the victim was usually dead (not always), his body served as a warning to other black men. To instill fear, and show what would happen if he looked at his white woman.
In the history of the world, there has never been occasions where a white man attacked other white men and cut off their genitals. Yet, in America predominately in the southern states it was a regular occurrence. What was the point of putting a black man's penis in a pickle jar above the mantle ? The reality of it all, a white man feared genetic annihilation (being f'd out of existence so to speak). The instrument of destruction was the penis of a black man. They even created cohabitation and interracial marriage laws.
There was a fear and still is, that once a black man was with a white woman. She'd never return back to the white man. There was something captivating about the black man, he was power and unique in so many ways and they hated it. They thought that if this began to happen, there would be less white children only "mulatto'" children and then eventually all black. As you can see, once the laws were changed. White women flocked to the black man. So, in hindsight the white man turn out to be right.
His greatest fear manifested. His half black grandchildren are a testament to that. At the rate the Hispanics are coming into the country, the "pure" white race, in which black men, women and children were murdered to sustain, is rapidly disappearing, right along with him.
What do you think will happen when the white race becomes a minority ? Will there be a huge outbreak of a killer virus to kill out some of the black and hispanic races. Something to think about.

To Many Baby Mama's, Not Enough Brides.....
More black women in this country are baby mama's, rather than wives. Some have multiple children, with multiple men. 73% of black children born in this country enter this world at a disadvantage. They are more likely to live in poverty, and more like to live a life in and out of prison. They are also more likely to fall victim to teen parenting, followed by an absent father.....
Why is this? It all begins at home, in this day in age their isn't a foundation set at home for children. Parents are playing boyfriend and girlfriend throughout the child's life, or continue to enter relationships with various amount of people. There is no example of commitment and the statistics are at an all time high.
How can we change this? We can begin my setting better examples inside the home followed by teaching your daughter morals. Teach her the difference better a man that flatters her, and a man who COMPLIMENTS her, a man who spends his money on her and a man who INVEST in her, a man who lust after her and a man who LOVES her, a man who believes he's God's gift to women and a man who believes a WOMAN is God's gift to MAN. Then we need to teach our son's to be that kind of man.
We have to set better examples for our youth and change this cycle.

Black/African Consciousness
The behavior of a black individual with African decent, or a black collective group whose actions are conscious.
They contain a set of social values, based on historical identity that will produce positive results to other black individuals or a black collective group.
To summarize, we can conclude, that to be conscious is to have awareness of oneself, actions, surrounding and historical reference. One's self is defined as the body, the soul and also the spirt. You have to be conscious of the whole physical, mental, and spiritual existance of oneself.
- Just a reminder, our African ancestors have repeatedly written on the ancient walls, the following phrase: " Man knows thy self ".
Do you know who you are? Are you African/Black Conscious ?
Take the time to know your history, you then will find peace within yourself and realize your value.
You are worthy, you are unique, you are my brother/sister.

Queen, You Are OHHH So BEAUTIFUL
Scientifically, the black woman is the only organism that possesses the mitochondrial DNA that has all variations possible for every different kind of human being on this earth. When the DNA of a black woman mutates all other types of humans beings come out. This is called the " Eve Gene " and it's only found in a black woman.
Did you know ?
The housing projects were designed by " The White Man " as a housing experiment
( thus the name projects ). They were created to see how poor people would respond to living in cramped conditions. There are obvious natural consequences to putting hopeless creatures in such environment with no resources to survive. Studies show that when you put enough rats into small boxes, with nothing else to do, they'll start having babies and eventually run out of room. They will then begin to kill one another and eat their young. That my friends is what the projects, the hood, the ghetto and the trap are all about.
You noticed through all the years of slavery, they couldn't break the sprits of a black man. They took away his name, his culture, his language, deprived him of an education, raped his woman and took away all hope. When that didn't work, they knew the only way to kill a black man is to have him to kill himself.
After the civil rights movement black on black crime is at an all time high. Hating one another and killing one another seems to be everyday life. What happen to us standing up for one another, going to war about our own, or even dying for one another ? Seems to be a question we should ask ourselves. Are we going to back down and give " The White Man " what he hopes for ? It's not to late. There will come a time when our brothers and sisters wake up. Lord, when they do. There will be a change in our ways of life. We only have each other, no one will have our back, like we have our back. We have to spread love, knowledge and empower one another. As our ancestors did. Teach our children their roots, because it damn sure will not be taught in the school system.

I could sit and write a long passage about this video. But, in all honesty, it speaks for itself. Don't let your minds be fooled. Educated your self, don't get me wrong, I believe in a higher power and I am a very spiritual young woman. I just don't believe in " Jesus Christ " in which I was taught as a young child.

Growing Up A Black Girl
How was it for you growing up as a black child? Did you ever get laughed at because your skin was to dark or because your hair wasn't straight enough ? I know I had my share of being picked on.
I was born to a black man and a black woman ( Obviously ) shortly after my birth my mother passed away. My dad got into a new relationship, but this time it was with a white woman. She was the only "mom " I knew for the first 6 years of my life. I looked at her and didn't see a difference with color, all I knew is she was my mom. I didn't know I had a mom who had hair like me, or had the same skin color as me. When I about 7, I went to my grandmothers house for a visit. She told me she had something to show me. She went to her room and I waited at the kitchen table for her, wondering what it could be. A few minutes later, she came back to the kitchen with this book in her hand. She opened this book and it was filled with pictures. I said " what is this grandma "?.... She looked at me and smiled and said " this is your momma ". At that very moment my whole life had changed. Being so young I felt so lost and confused. Life didn't get easier, seems as though my dad being in a relationship with a white woman, he began to lose himself in her ways of life. I started to noticed all my close friends were white kids, because my dad was friends with their dads. The only black kids I got to play with were my cousins. I remember wanting my hair to look like little white girls hair, they would touch my hair and ask, why did it feel so rough? Every summer we would go to the lake house with a couple of white families, and after being in the sun for to long, they would laugh at me because I was so dark. I knew something was not right, at that age I knew it wrong to laugh at people because they are different. The worst experience I had was when I was 8 years old, one of my white friends came to spend the night. As little girls do, we played barbies and dress up. She stopped and looked at me and said " Why is your skin different than mine "? I didn't know what to say. She then said to me " I know how to fix you, so you can look just like me " .... She got a bottle of Calamine lotion and began rubbing it on me, from head to toe. After she finished, she said " Now you look like me and we can be best friends forever". Did I really have to have white colored skin to fit in ? Thats the question I asked my daddy. When he found out about the incident, He was so angry. He sat me down and had a long talk with me, explaining that I am beautiful and that being a black girl makes me extra special. He hugged me and told me never let someone tell me I'm not good enough because my skin is dark. As the years went by I was still confused and didn't know where I fit in. To the black people, I talked to proper, I dressed to nice, I thought I was better because of my hair. To the white people, my skin was to dark, hair was to rough, and didn't have as much property compared to their family. Basically I had to take this journey through life alone as a little black girl. I had to learn to love myself for who I am and recognize that I am unique is so many ways. I had to educate my self about my culture and learn how important my people are and where I come from. My dad did the best he could by talking to me but, the question is " How can you teach your child to love herself, when you don't love yourself or expose her to the culture in which she comes from "? All the talking he did only confused me more. I wasn't exposed to my african culture, I only knew about the history of the civil rights movement and very little about slavery. I wasn't told how it all began in Africa, I wasn't taught about our religion we once lived by. I was forced into Christianity, forced to worship a God that was created in the imagine of the Europeans. I'm 26 years old and I'm now reinventing myself as a proud, beautiful African Queen. I don't need a relaxer in my hair to make me beautiful, I embrace the the curls that I was given, I know that I am a strong woman and my african ancestors whisper strength and wisdom through my soul. Each day I make it my goal to educate myself more and more. I was asleep for so many years, now that I'm awake and I know the truth, no one will ever be able to put me to sleep again.
This was just a short description of what I went through growing up black, I have tons of stories. Please share with me your experiences. Did it affect you in a positive way or in a negative way ?
Sending you all my love,
